Our Macquarie Capital Technology team has an opportunity for an innovative and dynamic Senior Java Developer This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals to work closely with the business and the engineering team in envisioning, designing, and implementing ways to improve and enhance workflow and processes.

What role will you play?
In this role, you will be applying your open-mindedness and agility to work with our business groups to look for ways to continuously streamline, visualize and improve their workflow. You will be exploring a Java development toolkit to build microservices and APIs to help solve interesting business problems; by working within a team of other automation engineers and designers, you will be integral to building a framework and improving efficiency for our businesses. You will be driving change, not only as a technologist, but also as a holistic solutions provider, applying your engineering mindset to take user requests and transforming them into a set of automated tasks before compiling them into a framework.
What you offer
- 3+ years of Java development
- Springboot experience preferred
- SQL
- Experiences in building microservices and familiarity with REST concepts
